- Who leaked the videos? Based on the timing (right after Manny Pacquiao’s fight), sources say that it was no other than Martin Nievera to stop people from talking about his interpretation of the national anthem.

GMA news says: “…The commotion was such that Councilor Eduardo Peñaredondo called for a 15-minute recess just so they can watch the video. Councilor Erwin Plagata, who acted as presiding officer at the session, branded as “ridiculous” the scene where city councilors jostled to watch the video...”
