53 year old Pinoy Body Building Champ
53 year old Renato Dio took the top place in the masters division (50 years old and above) of the 2008 World Bodybuilding Championships. ABS-CBN reports that aside from being the five-time Mr Universe of the Philippines, he also holds the country’s record in powerlifting.
