One time big time
According to Reyes, “Kung one blow, immediately one impact, oops, everybody will wake up.” I seem to be missing out on something kasi hindi ko maintindihan ang POV mo, Sec. Reyes. Hindi pa ba gising ang mga Pilipino with the nth time of oil price increase? In fact, puyat na ang mga Pilipino dahil gising na gising sila sa pag-iisip kung papaano ibabudget ang pera nila.

Hey I googled this, and I can’t seem to find the article that attributes the one time big time thing to Angelo Reyes.

This is what I found and according to this, it’s the transport groups who want the one time increase so that they can fix the amount of fare increase they need.
