Ces Conspiracy Theories
Conspiracy theories about Ces Drilon and her crew’s kidnapping are sikat!
- The New Philippine Revolution thinks there’s a link with ARMM elections: “Informants told the NewPhilRevolution that Ces was released at that time to coincide with Gloria’s foray in Mindanao. Notice how things developed truly fast after the kidnappers decided to pass on the deadline?”
- Nick from Filipino Voices is incredulous that a ransom wasn’t paid: “Board and lodging fee is ransom! Payment for LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS is ransom! Who the hell does the government think they are trying to fool? Kindergartners? Even my five-year-old niece would probably cry out, RANSOM!”
- Bishop believes Divine Intervention saved Ces and her crew: “…this is a very clear intervention of God in your behalf. So be always grateful to Him and dedicate your life and your work for the glory of God…”
- Ellen Tordesillias: “It’s easy for reporters to develop an exaggerated sense of importance. We take ourselves too seriously. We nurture the illusion that the world will stop if we don’t come out with our story.”
