yes, Mr. Gorrell may be indicted for the crime of libel. That case may be filed against him in court. For as long, however, as the court is unable to obtain jurisdiction over him, that case will not prosper.

Starring socialites tim yap, tina tinio, dj montano, wendy puyat, celine lopez, jaff fong, marcel crespo, jackie antonio and lots of cocaine– as told by brian gorrel.
I’m not really sure what to make of this story but here it is in a nutshell: This Australian guy, Brian Gorrell was the boyfriend of this Pinoy guy DJ Montano. Brian hung out with DJ and his socialite friends a lot.
Over a span of time, Brian allegedly sent a total of USD$70,000 (about P2.85million) to DJ for a restaurant business they were trying to start in Greenbelt.
In the blog, Brian alleges that DJ took this money to pay for a debt from his previous restaurant and to fuel his coke addiction.
Now Brian wants this money back and until he gets it, he will post the secrets and inside “dirt” he allegedly knows about DJ and his socialite friends.
Here’s some excerpts:

And the guy that you were giving head to is also my friend. He is the one who told me you have a small cock. Hmm… sorry about that. Can’t win them all. Its an Asian thing.“
- “celine is the reina emperatriz nang mga social climber. but then as i said, she is a major aberration in that clan. she’s (kinda) rich, but compared to her dad’s industrialist lopez cousins who are respectable, quiet and hardworking - she’s a poor relative“
Lots of buzz about this issue going around (Manila Boy, Bryanboy, chuvachienes to name a few) seems that a lot of people are agog about it and it’s definitely getting a lot of coverage! Searching for “DJ Montano” on google results in this scandal in the top 10 hits!
Skimming through the posts, it seems like this is one very hurt author– hell hath no fury than a lover scorned? Blackmail perhaps? Some of the things in the blog are downright nasty but are they undeserved? I wonder if he could get sued for libel given that the author is based in Australia! Do we even have an extradition treaty for that country?
I think pointing out that the guy is HIV positive was uncalled for. It did not have any relevance to the your story.
Erick– I gave this a long and hard thought, too. Do I ignore it and pretend that it’s not there? Or do we talk about it, recognize that it exists and there are people who struggle with it everyday?
He mentions it himself in the blog and said that DJ Montano “preyed on the aspect of my life”:
“I have never hidden this fact from anyone. I have been positive for seven years. I told DJ from day one. And Celine was made aware as well. Because I told her. DJ almost died. I told him then I have no shame attached to my status. He told me not to tell anyone else. I embrace my status, and celebrate my life every day.”

Its sad. I hope brian gets paid but i doubt it. There isnt much going on there anymore, but i caught this before brian shut down the comments section. Gossip girl to the max!
The woman in the photo has been identified as lucia palami, while we all know who the actor is! I dont know this lucia person but her family is said to be in politics. she is being tagged as the third party, if you ask me its an innocent photo.
